Online Marketing Agreement between

Summary of service

Elite Directory Ltd guarantees using its systems to create online advertisements, based around your five major key phrases. The adverts will then appear on the first page of Google, for each of the selected key phrases.

Upon receipt of payment the buyer agrees to this contract. The buyer's adverts will be activated on www.elitedirectory.co.uk/worcester within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified by the buyer at the point of sale.

For the purposes of this contract Elite Directory Ltd will guarantee your business listing to appearing on the first page of Google for 5 key phrases.

Duration of Contract

This contract is for 12 months, monthly payments will be debited each calendar month from the date of entering into the agreement.

Cancellation of contract

After your first 11 months, a notice period of thirty days is required to cancel your listing on the Elite Directory. You can cancel your contract by writing to Elite Directory Ltd, City Centre, Glydegate, Bradford. BD5 0BQ - United Kingdom.
